    Monique’s Low Carb Tomato Sauce

    • 6 ounces tomato paste
    • 1⁄2 cup water
    • 1⁄4 cup vinegar
    • 5 teaspoons stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
    • 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder OR 1/4 of an onion
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves (or less)
    • 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice (or less)
    • 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon (or less)
    • 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder

    Put all ingredients in a blender and mix till combined.

    Serve immediately and keep in the fridge in an air tight container.
