Monique’s Low Carb Tomato Sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 5 teaspoons stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder OR 1/4 of an onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves (or less)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice (or less)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon (or less)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix till combined.
Serve immediately and keep in the fridge in an air tight container.
